Shaolin Zen is an American sect of Chinese Chan Buddhism that originated from the Shaolin Temple on Mt. Songshan when Bodhidharma created the "18 Luohan Hand Forms" in the 6th Century that evolved into modern day Kung Fu and also wrote "The Bone Marrow Washing Classic" which led to Tai Chi and the new sect of Buddhism known as Zen.
